[BUG] Claude Code**: 2.1.63 and remote control

What's Wrong?

## Environment

• Claude Code: 2.1.63
• OS: Ubuntu Linux (6.17.0-14-generic)
• Plan: Claude Max
• Node.js: Tested on v22.19.0 AND v20.20.0 — same error on both
• Install method: npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
• nvm: yes

## Expected Behavior

Remote Control should start and display a URL + QR code to connect from another device.

## Additional Context

The --sdk-url argument seems to be injected into the Node.js binary invocation rather than the Claude Code script arguments.
