[FEATURE] Allow a metric to show how close we are to getting our session stopped

Problem Statement

i have a tokens used slider but often get stopped out of my session at stuff like 37% and searching Claude says there is no metric that tells me i am about to get nuked. REally annoying if it's mid task.

Proposed Solution

the interface should show metrics that are nearing limits.

Alternative Solutions

there aren't any but i do have tokens used on my status line
