Loving this tool!

Please add the ability to define a global instruction set.

I asked Claude Code to apply some instructions globally to be used in every session I start. It created the ~/.claude/global-instructions.md file with my instructions. However, it does not load those instructions when I invoke the "claude" command.

If this functionality exists, the Code agent is not aware of it.
