[BUG] Claude code cli OAuth token revoked after login

What's Wrong?

yesterday, I reinstalled claude code and cleaned up the authentication cache completely
however, right after /login in claude code successfully, every input shows OAuth revoked error, and 'Usage' of /status shows OAuth revoked error too

What Should Happen?

after login, claude code should work normally

Steps to Reproduce

1. completely uninstall claude code
2. delete all cache of claude code
3. install claude code
4. login in claude code
