[BUG] claude mcp list command returns empty output in v2.1.62

What's Wrong?

After upgrading to Claude Code v2.1.62, the claude mcp list command returns empty output instead of listing configured MCP servers.

What Should Happen?

The command should return a list of configured MCP servers, similar to previous versions.

Error Messages/Logs

- Command exits with code 0 (success)
  - No output is displayed
  - Even when MCP servers are configured in settings, nothing is shown

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Claude Code v2.1.62
2. Run claude mcp list command
3. Observe that the output is empty (no error, no server list)
