Support Azure's Anthropic API connectors

Question

My company gives us access to Anthropic models through an Azure endpoint, but looks like [only AWS and GCP Vertex endpoints](https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/agents-and-tools/claude-code/overview#use-with-third-party-apis) are supported for configuration as of now.
