[FEATURE] EDIT SESSION TITLES (VSCode Extension) !!!

Problem Statement

It is making it increasingly hard to navigate between sessions without being able to rename the session titles in the VSCode Extension.

By default the titles are generated as the first line of the first session prompt. This often provides the user no context whatsoever when looking at different tabs.

Additionally there should be AI generated session titles by default which generate a title based on the main context of the session (sorry to slip this extra feature in the ticket..).

Proposed Solution

Please please add a right click > "Edit title" option (nearly 2 million peeps using the Extension last time i checked - we really need this basic functionality!).

Also please add a "Delete" option to that menu also to enable user to delete sessions from the list.
