[Bug] Missing country mapping in silver.tb_iso3166_dimCountry from updated Google Ads geotargets data

Bug Description
Ao realizar uma nova extração identificamos um pais que não está mapeado na tabela silver.tb_iso3166_dimCountry pois estavamos usando o CSV retornado na url https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/api/geotargets?hl=pt-br mas temos um arquivo mais atualizado na https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/data/geotargets que já tenho no meu local /Users/etus_0179/Downloads/third_party/devsite/developers/en/google-ads/api/data/geo/geotargets-2026-02-25.csv me ajude a atualizar a tabela com os novos paises para que seja possivel identificar o nome do pais do google caso seja diferente do padrão internacional na lista temos cidades, estados e paises, mas a tabela deve ter apenas paises
