[BUG] /remote-control fails with different messages at different times

What's Wrong?

claude remote-control and /remote-control inside cc terminal window produces different errors, both wrong but importantly, rc doesn't work.

"Error: Registration: Access denied (403): OAuth token does not meet scope requirement user:sessions:claude_code. Check your organization permissions."  Organisation permissions for a personal Max 20x account?

"Error: Remote Control is not enabled for your account. Contact your administrator." And who's my administrator?
