[Feature Request] `/rename` command should optionally update VS Code terminal name

Feedback Description
The /rename command in claude is very helpful for giving sessions titles, but I'm using VS Code terminal typically when working with CLAUDE. What would be MORE ideal is that when /rename is called, at least optionally it could also update the terminal name in VS Code. Currently when claude launches, it sets this value to the current version.
