Visual Neglect: Opus 4.6 was provided with a high-resolution screenshot showing the Max Pain (Red Line) for the 260227 expiry in a deep valley at $65,000. The model explicitly ignored this and claimed the level was $75,000, a $10,000 (15%) margin of error in a live trading environment.

Synthetic Logic Loops: The model invented a "Research Agent" to justify its error, then proceeded to provide an incorrect Put/Call ratio of 1.38:1, while the provided data clearly calculated to 1.29:1 ($275,203 / $212,343).

Dangerous Deflecting: Opus 4.6 began "Fence-Sitting," providing contradictory scenarios to avoid being wrong, which is a direct violation of its role as an analytical collaborator in a high-stakes (financial) context.

User Impact:
