[FEATURE] Claude code: New session start with or without previous chat context

Problem Statement

I should be able to start new session with or without previous chat context.
Now the problem is whenever something goes wrong or i was not able to convey my requirement correctly to claude code, i want to start a new session with fresh context. but now i see it gets the context from my previous chat and gives me the same answer again even after trying to convey my requirement in a different way.

Proposed Solution

User should be able to start new session with or without previous chat context.
When we click on + icon to start new session there should be two options. "with previous chat context" or "Fresh chat"
