Feature Request: Support summarizing work done after Stop hook?

Stop hooks are super useful but their output and subsequent Claude interactions can cause a lot of spam from the nice summary message Claude gave right before the Stop initiated.
It would be nice to have Claude not provide the summary message until the Stop hooks succeed.
