[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Premature context limit warning at 50% token usage with no countdown

Question

**Bug Description**
with only 100K tokens used, NO percentage countdown, NO warning, Claude keeps saying "context limit reached /compact or /clear" -- that's 50% lower than normal and NO WARNING. VERY disruptive
