🏛️ Use Case: Sovereign AI for governments and institutions

### What we built — and what it's becoming

Thanks to Claude Code, we built Tenant-in-the-Box — a full M365 E5 governance platform. This product is now
opening doors we never expected:

• 🌍 Active negotiations with decision-makers in multiple African countries for national-scale M365 governance
• 🏥 Discussions with medical laboratories in Algeria exploring AI-powered diagnostics
• 🎓 Partnerships with European IT universities — we are planning a conference series with computer science

students to share what we've learned

And this is just the beginning. New opportunities are emerging every week.

### Our philosophy: give back what was given to us

Let's be clear about what we're not asking:

> ❌ We don't need funding
> ❌ We don't need credits or sponsorship
> ❌ We don't need Anthropic to make money — we handle that ourselves

What we are doing:

> ✅ Sharing knowledge freely — the Alfy group (FBC / NTMG) has committed to a series of conferences with IT
students at European universities
> ✅ Deploying sovereign AI for governments who can't afford Big 4 consulting
> ✅ Proving that AI gives power back to individuals — one person, with the right tools, can build what used to

### The circle

students, businesses → Knowledge is shared back to the next generation.

That's the circle we believe in. Anthropic started it by making Claude Code accessible. We're continuing it by
sharing what we build and what we learn — openly, with students, with governments, with anyone who wants to build.

### Why we're writing this

We want to be able to stand in front of a room full of IT students and say:

> *"This was built with Claude Code by Anthropic. One person. Eight weeks. And now it's deployed at government
scale."*

That's not a marketing claim. That's a fact. And we think it's a story worth telling — together.

We're not asking for permission. We're already doing it. But if Anthropic wants to be part of this story — visibly,
