What's Wrong?
I am experiencing an issue with Claude Code that began after 2/12/2026.
Environment:
Claude Code version: 2.1.49 (Web)
Browser: Chrome 145.0.7632.110
OS: Windows 10 22H2 x64
Issue Description:
Claude Code runs normally for about 1–15 minutes and then becomes idle. There are no further updates in the console or on GitHub after it stalls. The session appears to hang without completing tasks or producing additional logs.
Troubleshooting Performed:
Logged out and back into Claude Code
Restarted Chrome
Rebooted the computer
Archived the existing session and started a new session using the same GitHub repository
In the new session, the process runs briefly (approximately 1 minute) before getting stuck again.
Based on the behavior, it appears there may be an issue with synchronization or communication between Claude Code and GitHub. I have attached screenshots of the F12 console errors in the original post.
Please let me know if any additional logs or diagnostic information would be helpful.
Thanks.

What Should Happen?
Claude code should think and prompt what is thinking and doing. Instead. Just "Starting Claude Code".
