[BUG] ctrl+L is not working as expected

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 1.0.35
• Operating System: win10
• Terminal: cursor

Bug Description

Ctrl + L clears the Claude code, but resizing the window will restore it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. ctrl+l
2. resize the window

Expected Behavior

Clear the display of historical conversation without clearing the actual context. Once deleted, the historical conversation should not not reappear.
