[Feature Request] Differentiate Terminal UI by Project

If you have multiple terminals or terminal tabs open with claude code running, they are a bit same-same, so it would be great to have some way to clearly differentiate them, based on the project you're in. Like, if you start claude code in /path/to/repo01, maybe "repo01" is displayed somewhere, or, something is colored red, or, if you start it in /path/to/repo02, similarly it displays "repo02" or something is colored blue.

I hope you might consider some method that makes it easy to differentiate.
