[BUG] `claude -p "/rename foo"` errors with "Unknown skill: rename"

What's Wrong?

I wanted to programmatically initialize and rename the claude session but it didn't work. It errors with "Unknown skill: rename"

What Should Happen?

Claude should call rename and then exit, as it does with other -p examples.
