[Feature Request] Auto-detect and load CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md context files by default

Bug Description
Why won't Anthropic just concede that AGENTS.md is a better standard for context rules? It would be nice if Claude defaulted to use CLAUDE.md and/or AGENTS.md without forcing me to reference the file.
