[BUG] Claude wrote unexpected values to permissions while adding permissions

What's Wrong?

When adding Bash(*) and Write(*) permissions using /permissions -> Add a new rule... they got written as Base and Wrote to the settings json instead of the correct perms.

What Should Happen?

The permissions should be written correctly and applied correctly instead of malformed

Steps to Reproduce

1. /permissions -> Add a new rule... and enter `Base(*)
2. Observe permission is not working
3. Observe settings.json - appears as Base
