[Feature Request] Auto-expand output for specific tool invocations

Bug Description
The expand functionality is really useful, but I have some outputs that I want to fully print out to the terminal, and not have to expand. Current use case is when I run unit tests, would love support for auto-expansion based on a command invocation (so something like "any Bash tool invocations running pytetst, auto expand")
