What's Wrong?

What's Wrong?

Recent sessions (from yesterday, Feb 20 2026) are not appearing in the Claude Code
web sidebar under the Sessions panel. Older sessions from months ago (Oct 21, Oct 29)
ARE visible, but the two most recent sessions from yesterday are completely absent.

This appears to be a UI/indexing issue rather than data loss, since the sessions
were successfully completed and the work from those sessions is intact.

What Should Happen?

All sessions, including the most recent ones from yesterday, should appear in the
Sessions sidebar in reverse-chronological order.

Expected Behavior:

All sessions, including the most recent ones from yesterday, should appear in the
Sessions sidebar in reverse-chronological order.

Actual Behavior:

Sessions sidebar skips recent sessions and jumps from today's session directly to
sessions from several months ago (Oct 2025). Two sessions from Feb 20 2026 are
completely missing from the list.

Environment:

  • Platform: Claude Code on the web (claude.ai)
  • Date sessions went missing: Feb 20, 2026
  • Number of missing sessions: 2
