[BUG] Context7 MCP server recognized in terminal but not in VSCode extension (Claude Code) - IDE: Antigravity - version Terminal: 2.1.50 - version extension: 2.1.49

What's Wrong?

When i try to use a mcp server on the extension it doesnt work. it only recognise it on terminal. The claude in the extension i should report this as a bug

What Should Happen?

It should see the mcp version. like a sinc between terminal and extension

Der context7-Server ist in ~/.claude/settings.json eingetragen — das ist die CLI-Konfiguration. Die VSCode Extension liest diese Datei aber möglicherweise nicht automatisch.

Das ist ein bekanntes Problem: CLI und Extension teilen sich nicht zwingend denselben MCP-Kontext. Das sollte Anthropic eigentlich besser lösen. Du kannst das als Bug/Feature-Request unter https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues melden.

Add a mcp server in the terminal and try if its also recognised in the extension
