[BUG] active sessions lost when doing window reload on Antigravity IDE

What's Wrong?

on antigravity IDE i set up an ssh to a remote server for cluade to have access to the code base.
when the connection to the server is lost, the IDE prompts a window reload to re-astbalish the connection to the server. after the work environment window is reloaded and the connection is resumed, the recent active claude session tabs are gone or the conversation inside and an active tab is, while older ones remain.

What Should Happen?

sessions should continue from where they were left off.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect IDE env to remote ssh machine
2. run a conversation in a cluade tab.
3. cause a server disconnect.
4. wait for the IDE to prompt a window reload
