[BUG] "/context command returns data but the formatted table doesn't render in the chat panel.

What's Wrong?

/context command returns data but the formatted table doesn't render in the chat panel. stopped working today. I am using VS Code .latest

What Should Happen?

I should see the context stats. usually a table of tokens used - by category
