Enhancement: Interactive Code Review - Ask for explanation before approving or rejecting change

Question

**Enhancement Description**
One thing I wish I could do when reviewing Claude's proposed changes for each file is an option to ask it to explain something in the change before I select Yes or No.

It was an awesome experience compared to what I'm used to with Copilot without a reasoning model because it was able to perform higher-level tasks competently and fix its own mistakes as well as finding some of mine. My org doesn't allow setting Copilot to use Claude 3.7 :-(
