[BUG] Claude Desktop UI renders as unstyled HTML after switching from Cowork tab to regular chat

Description

After using the Cowork feature and switching back to a regular chat tab, Claude Desktop's UI renders as if CSS is completely missing — it looks like raw, unstyled HTML.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Desktop on Windows (v1.1.3189)
2. Use the Cowork feature
3. Switch back to a regular chat tab
4. UI renders without any styling (like HTML without CSS)

Workaround

Fully quit Claude Desktop and delete the following folders under %APPDATA%\Claude:

• Cache
• Code Cache
• GPUCache

Relaunch the app — styling is restored.

• Claude Desktop version: 1.1.3189
