[BUG] Cowork fails to start workspace on Windows - ECONNRESET while regular chat works

What's Wrong?

I have windows 64 home version and am working on claude desktop. I continue to get an error message that claude failed to start claude's workspace. Can't reach the claude API from claude's workspace" + ECONNRESET. Regular claude works fine, only cowork fails. See screenshot for what I see when i try to get claude to work.

What Should Happen?

Fix the issue so I can use cowork on my windows enabled PC

Steps to Reproduce

1. open claude cowork.
2. Ask cowork to complete a task
3. Sit back and wait for the error message to generate after it tries to work for a while.
