[BUG] "auto-update failed" alert or any other alert, blocks the "plan mode / auto complete mode" indicator, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to see what mode you are in.

Can't tell if i'm in plan mode or not. incredibly frustrating. wheres my money back 😭

why would an alert that doesn't' go away block something so essential?
