Persistent Affirmative Response Bias Despite Explicit Instructions

Bug Description
No matter how many times I remind Claude not to, it keeps telling me "You're absolutely right" even when not appropriate or if I'm completely wrong. If I ever correct it, its immediate response is almost always "You're absolutely right." I would highly prefer it to say "Let me check on that, reason/investigate whether I am correct, and _then_, _maybe_ tell me I'm right. Or, if I'm wrong, say something like "I don't think that's right; here's why:". I have told it as such repeatedly but it cannot seem to follow this instruction.
