Show token/context usage in desktop app

The CLI version shows context usage via /cost and the status bar. The desktop (Mac) app shows neither — just "You are currently using your subscription."

Request: show context window usage percentage and token count in the desktop app, same as the CLI status line. This helps users know when to /clear before hitting limits.
