Resolved 💬 3 comments Opened Feb 14, 2026 by alzix Closed Feb 18, 2026

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)

What's Wrong?

Status line displays character-by-character during startup when temporary messages (like "Claude Code has switched from npm...") disappear and transition to the custom status line
Each character appears on its own line temporarily, then corrects itself

What Should Happen?

Status line should render as a single complete line
