[FEATURE] Option to always show remaining context percent in status bar

Problem Statement

It would be very useful to always see the remaining context available in the status bar, not just when it is running out.

Seeing 100% or 60% is just as useful as 2%.

Proposed Solution

If this is too "noisy", add an option as to the threshold before it shows automatically, or just an option "always show" and keep existing behavior.
