[BUG] VSCode Claude Code Context Percent Inconsistant

What's Wrong?

The discrepancy you observed (status bar showing 99% vs actual 50.2%)

Token budget: 200,000 tokens total
Actual usage: 100,548 tokens (50.2%)
Status bar display: 99% used

What Should Happen?

if I have 50% usage it should give me 50%
