Feature request: Seasonal/holiday mascot variants (Google Doodle style)

Feature Request

Idea: Add seasonal or holiday-themed variants of the Claude Code mascot (the pixel-art robot that appears on startup), similar to how Google changes their logo with Google Doodles.

Examples:

• Santa hat during Christmas
• Pumpkin or costume for Halloween
• Party hat for New Year's
• Sunglasses for summer
• Heart accessory for Valentine's Day

Why it'd be cool:

• Adds personality and delight to the CLI experience
• Creates a small moment of surprise/fun when a new season rolls around
• Google Doodles have proven this kind of touch builds brand affinity

Possible approaches:

• Built-in seasonal variants that swap automatically based on the date
• A user setting to enable/disable if some prefer the standard mascot
• Community-contributed designs could make it even more fun

Would love to see the little robot get festive!
