Cowork tab auto-scrolls away from current position when switching back to it

Description

When switching away from the Cowork tab and back, the view initially appears near the end of the conversation (where I left off), then actively scrolls upward to a seemingly random position far from where I was. This requires manually scrolling back down to find my place every time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Cowork session with an active conversation
2. Switch to a different tab or application
3. Switch back to the Cowork tab
4. Observe: view briefly shows the end of the conversation, then scrolls up to an unrelated position

Expected behavior

The Cowork tab should remain at (or return to) the scroll position where I left off, or auto-scroll to the latest message.

• Claude Desktop 1.1.2998
• macOS 26.2 (Tahoe, build 25C56)
• Happens consistently on every tab switch
