[FEATURE] Enable runAsNode fuse

Hello,
please enable the runAsNode fuse when packaging Claude Code, so that we can use ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE=1 env variable, so that we can use it to run JS code in plugins without having the users install nodejs separately.

This is enabled and supported in VSCode, so there should be no security issues with it.

(I'm guessing Claude Code is Electron app - if not feel free to close this ticket).

So Claude is using Bun instead, so what I want is BUN_BE_BUN=1 claude, and that already works, thanks!
