Scrolling Instability in PyCharm Terminal During Long Conversations

Bug Description
Sometimes you get crazy scrolling back in the conversion to the top (for like 2s and then back to normal) You can trigger with this a long conversation and the the / command. (pycharm professional 2024.3.3 default terminal)
