[BUG] "Past Conversations" dropdown with search and time-based filtering does not appearing after you undocked the panel.

What's Wrong?

Bug
The VSCode extension should show a "Past Conversations" dropdown with search and time-based filtering, but it's not appearing after you undocked the panel. This appears to be a known issue with webview state.

To Report It:
Press Ctrl+Shift+P → "Claude Code: Show Logs"
Check for error messages
