UI Rendering Instability: Scroll and Edit Interactions Cause Freezing and Visual Glitches

Bug Description
When I am in a conversation, and I scroll up, the terminal window just goes crazy, drawer is stuck up, and words are just going crazy. sometimes I drag the drawer a bit down to calm it down, sometimes it works, sometime the chat just gets blocked and I can do nothing in it, and sometimes VSCode just crashes. Same happens when I press escape and go up to an older message and try to edit it. It just gets stuck when I am moving in the message up and down, and to move to a specific point while it is going crazy on every click or move down, I start the guesswork until I reach my destination to update it. when im writing it just goes crazy, and when I send the updated message sometimes it works sometimes it goes crazy and what I described happens.

Another thing is, I use CopyQ for clipboard manager. when I paste from it, the cursor just disappears, and also I need to start my guesswork to see where is it to update the prompt I am sending
