unusually fast 30 minute token burn in Claude pro

Bug Description
how did i burn my tokens so quick i only got 30 minutes of work today. usually i can work for several hours. i must have made some mistake. was it because i tried opening claude inside of powershell? copilot advised that would work but it did not.
there was some resume command it gave me that i used, maybe that's what did it.
