What's Wrong?

-Opus 4.6 that the model took simulation data and presented it as real balance sheets without verifying the source.

-Deleted things without asking or asking him.

• Understands less well and makes more mistakes than sonnet 4.5. give him a clear list, he invents a little and mixes things up.

What Should Happen?

Should check better and more thoroughly.
Shouldn't invent things without asking.
Shouldn't delete things without being asked.
