Feature : show the path of files being updated

Current behavior appears to be only showing the file name being updated, this is not sufficient when you have the same file name in multiple locations (__init__.py, mod.rs, etc). It would be nice to show the path to the file, either a full path or a relative path from the directory Claude was invoked from. (make it configurable even ?)
