[FEATURE] Make codebase explorations persists through context compactation

Problem Statement

Every time we compact claude-code goes back to exploring the files, that is so token and time consuming and looks repetitive

Proposed Solution

Can it just get some access to previous explorations or store them in the file system and give a link to it after compacting?
