"Window Focus Interruption in Claude Code Companion Plugin"

Bug Description
Hi there,

I'm using the Claude Code Companion plugin in PyCharm and I’ve run into a significant usability issue. When working across multiple projects or IDE windows, the plugin frequently activates (focuses) windows or tabs unexpectedly—especially when responses are returned or actions are triggered in the background.

This behavior disrupts my workflow, as I often switch between different IDEs and rely on stable window focus. It would be incredibly helpful if the plugin included a setting to disable automatic window/tab activation, or to run passively in the background unless explicitly focused.

Please consider this as a feature request. I really appreciate the productivity the plugin offers and would love to see more flexibility for multi-IDE workflows.

Thanks for your time and great work!

Best regards,
Antti Rauhala
