[Bug] Session data lost after re-authorization with same SSO account

Bug Description
I've had a session with a bunch of useful context
Then re-logged-in to Claude Code (but under same corp SSO console account), and lost all past sessions
Had to GREP past history to fish out a session ID cat ~/.claude/history.jsonl | grep KEYWORD_I_REMEMBER
And then --resume <session_id> worked
