I cant get Claude CLI to connect to claude chrome.

- Windows 11 - Chrome extension is installed and sidebar works - /mcp shows "Reconnected to claude-in-chrome"
- tabs_context_mcp still returns "not connected"
Please help. This works on my mac interestingly enough, but my PC is my work horse so I need it to work here.
