[Bug] Task list not clearing completed items on Windows with Opus 4.6

Bug Description
Bug report. When using Claude code CLI in windows Opus 4.6 on v2.1.37. When Claude creates a task list, he finishes task from bottom up and almost never completes all tasks, even if all tasks complete the Task list will not check off all items and remain at the bottom of the CLI and say thinking even if I hide the task list, Claude code can continue other tasks but I find this odd and can only get it off screen by exiting claude code and entering again. This has happened multiple times, and I have never noticed it before Opus 4.6 or recent upgrades. Not a killer bug but worth looking into.
