[FEATURE] Set Opus 4.6 effort level and thinking mode with single /model command

Problem Statement

Now that Opus 4.6 has various effort levels, it should be possible to set whether to use thinking mode or not and the effort level using a single /model command, e.g. something like /model opus medium thinking or /model opus low nothinking
